Wellhead Cellar Cover T-8W

Site Verification of wellsite:
• Procurement of required raw materials
• Fabrication of cellar cover as per attached drawing considering existing site conditions.
• Approx. Weight = 800 Kg Each
• Surface preparation and painting as per COMPANY procedure.
• Fabrication activity to be monitored & checked by the DNO construction/Facility team.
• Stage-wise inspection & final inspection to be carried out by DNO QA/QC.
• No DNO-free issue items.
• Delivery at T-8 Wellhead as instructed by DNO personnel.
• Installation of cellar covers on cellars in coordination with DNO personnel.
• Remove any debris around the cellar area after the installation of the cover.
