1. replace ceiling for all office.

5. remove the old split, supply and install a new one General Golden 1.5 ton.
6. remove old lighting, and supply and install new lighting for all offices.
7. remove toilet basins and bath basins, and supply and install new western toilet basins with all connections (water and drain).
8. remove the old hand wash sink, supply and install a new one same as the old one or similar.
9. supply and install new exhaust fans 6″.
